Do you know anyone who is down with eczema? Fear not, the solution to that problem is very simple, very effective and 100% natural. It is called Apple Cider Vinegar!

How does it help in the case of eczema? Well, apple cider vinegar (ACV) is rich in potassium which treats allergies and regulates the pH level of the skin.   • ACV reduces acne, pimples and blemishes. The malice acid has strong antifungal and antibacterial properties that prevent the formation of acne and fight bacteria.
  • Use ACV in order to hide or reduce wrinkles. Use a cotton pad, dip it in 1:1 solution of water and ACV and apply directly to the spot. Rinse with warm water afterward. If you do this regularly, you will reduce the wrinkles and fine lines on your face.
  • ACV balances the skin. It removes the excess oils and balances the pH levels of the skin. It regulates the sebum production so the skin will stay hydrated but never too dry or too oily.

1. Dilute ACV with water

You will need:

  • 3 cotton balls
  • 2 teaspoons of ACV
  • 1 cup of water

Mix the ACV and the water and then using the cotton balls, apply the mixture directly on the affected skin. Repeat the procedure as long as it is needed. For a more sensitive skin, mix only 1 teaspoon of ACV with water.

2. ACV bath

You will need:

  • Moisturizer
  • ½ cup of ACV
